On 14 November 2025, the University of Tirana participated in the stakeholder consultation event focused on the development of the Local Action Plan for reducing single-use plastic pollution in the Shkumbin River Basin, held in Elbasan.
During the agenda, Prof.Assoc.Dr. Elona Pojani, Project Coordinator, also introduced the Skill2Sustain project, highlighting its objectives and the growing importance of green and digital skills for supporting sustainable development in the Western Balkans. The presentation underscored the project’s contribution to capacity-building, education for sustainability, and evidence-based policymaking.
