On March 11, 2026, under the slogan “UoM – Where It All Begins,” a meeting between young people and representatives of the academic and business communities was organized at the University of Montenegro campus as part of the Open Day and Seasonal Job Fair (Summer Job 2026).
Within the framework of this event, the SKILL2SUSTAIN project, “Boosting digital and green skills for a resilient and sustainable Western Balkan society, 2025-2028,” was presented at the Faculty of Civil Engineering booth. Project flyers were distributed detailing the goals of the BIM and GIS Lifelong Learning (LLL) programs planned for launch at the University of Montenegro’s Faculty of Civil Engineering.
This was an exceptional opportunity for students and other visitors to explore professional development possibilities, both during and after their studies. The SKILL2SUSTAIN project was successfully presented by representatives of the Faculty of Civil Engineering and the NGO “Civil Engineering, Science and Practice – GNP.” The fair once again demonstrated the essential need to connect education, science, youth, and industry.
