The Call for Papers for the International Symposium “Boosting Digital & Green Skills for a Resilient and Sustainable Western Balkan Society” is now open.

The Symposium will bring together academics, researchers, higher education institutions, policymakers, industry representatives, and other stakeholders from the Western Balkans and the European Union to exchange knowledge and promote innovative approaches to the digital and green transition in higher education and the built environment.

The event will take place on 1–3 September 2026 at the Faculty of Maritime Studies, University of Montenegro, Kotor, Montenegro.

Participants are invited to submit original contributions addressing the Symposium’s thematic areas.
