The Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy of the University of Banja Luka has successfully completed the procurement and installation of new laboratory and computer equipment within the SKILL2SUSTAIN project.
The new equipment supports the establishment and operation of the Research and Education Center (REC) for Green and Digital Transition, founded within the project to strengthen institutional capacities for education, research, innovation, and professional development in the fields of green and digital transformation.
The laboratory equipment will support practical teaching activities, testing procedures, and research related to building assessment, while the new computer equipment will significantly improve the working environment for students, academic staff, and researchers by facilitating data processing and supporting the enhancement of digital and green skills.
The establishment of the REC and activation of the supporting equipment represent an important milestone in the initiation of digital and green education activities within the project, contributing to the modernization of higher education, boosting green and digital skills, and strengthening institutional capacities across universities in the Western Balkans.
