April 20, 2026

On 20 April, the Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy of the University of Banja Luka hosted an Info Day for the Erasmus+ project “Boosting Digital and Green Skills for a Resilient and Sustainable Western Balkan Society (SKILL2SUSTAIN)” as part of the University of Banja Luka Open Days event.

Visitors, including future and current students, and other interested participants, had the opportunity to learn about professional development opportunities offered through the REC (Research and Educational Center), competency development initiatives, and various activities aimed at strengthening the knowledge and skills required in today’s labour market.

The SKILL2SUSTAIN project was presented by representatives of the Faculty of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, who introduced participants to the project’s objectives, planned activities, and the opportunities it provides for students and other target groups.

The Info Day once again highlighted the importance of strengthening links between education, research, youth, and industry as a key prerequisite for developing competencies that contribute to sustainable development and enhanced societal competitiveness.
