The training on “Circular Economy in the Construction Sector (CircularB – Design for Disassembly (DfD) and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA))”, first held in February 2026, was organized for a second time in May 2026 exclusively for the two colleagues from the University of Banja Luka. Delivered by Prof. Dr. Meri Cvetkovska and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Milica Jovanoska-Mitrevska, the training provided valuable opportunities for knowledge exchange, strengthened regional collaboration, and promoted sustainable and innovative practices in civil engineering. As part of the training, the participants visited the Institute of Earthquake Engineering and Engineering Seismology in Skopje.
In their free time, the participants also visited one of the tourist attractions near Skopje, Matka Canyon, which is home to one of the oldest dams and hydroelectric power plants in North Macedonia.
